So, I started Pilates recently and I’ve been LOVING it. I’ve been trying various fitness routines for years and there was nothing I enjoyed as much as this. It doesn’t take long (unless you want it to.), it feels great and then there’s that great feeling when you get to the point where you don’t feel sore afterward! Wahoo!
Anyway, back to my point – exercise is good for us for sooo many reasons! It improves your mood, boosts energy, helps keep your body strong and healthy, improves your circulation, and so much more.
So, I thought, if exercise keeps my body healthy, how can I add the natural benefits of essential oils and Young Living Products to my exercise regiment? As a lover of all things natural, I am constantly looking for ways to add essential oils to my life. Here are a few things I’ve found to be wonderfully beneficial (and enjoyable) when added to a good fitness routine:
Peppermint – I put a few drops in my water in the morning before working out – it’s refreshing and it is a great wake-up!
Valor – Need some motivation? Dab a few drops of valor on your wrists and/or neck!
